Foundation of Programming

  1. Our programs are designed to improve health and every part of your life (i.e. physical, mental, emotional).

  2. We use measurements of Resting Heart Rate, Maximum Strength, Strength Endurance, and Cardio to test your baseline and track improvements. 

  3. Every program is rooted in 5 functional movement patterns of human beings: 

    • Squat

    • Push-up or Chest Press

    • Deadlift 

    • Pull-up or Row

    • Overhead Press  

Exercise should be SIMPLE. We believe a fit and healthy body can be achieved with three 30 minute sessions per week if that’s all you have available. We also recognize that resistant training is a tool that can relieve stress and be used as a time to reflect on where you are and where you want to go.

Core Beliefs

  1. Exercise is essential for a healthy, balanced life.

  2. Workout routines should be programmed to be enjoyable in order to promote consistency. Programs should also aim to decrease stress.

  3. Feeling good and being healthy should take precedent over killing yourself for an unrealistic physique. 

Expectations:

  1. Full transparency as to where you are in your current state of health, time constraints, and ability to exercise.

  2. Willingness to step outside of your comfort zone.

  3. Patience. Results are guaranteed with consistent action over time.
